Splashtop Remote Desktop is today’s free app at the Amazon Appstore. This app lets you access your desktop computer from your Kindle Fire or other Android device. You can access files or do things like play games, stream music or watch videos that are on your computer remotely from an Android (2.2 or higher) phone or tablet over a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Installation of a free partner program on the desktop computer is required.
