Lawsuit attempting to put out Kindle Fire no comments

Well, perhaps pour some cold water on it anyway. Bloomberg reports that Smartphone Technologies LLC has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Amazon over the Kindle Fire tablet. The plaintiff, which has filed similar lawsuits against RIM and HTC concerning the same patents, is apparently asking for money to cover damages and litigation costs and has not asked for an injunction to stop Amazon from selling the Fire.
