Refurbished Nook ereader on eBay no comments

Barnes & Noble have been selling refurbished Nook ereaders on eBay. Currently the Wi-Fi Nook is priced at $119 and the Wi-Fi + 3G is $149. Both include free shipping. Refurbished Nooks are certified and come with a one year warranty.
I was wondering when B&N would do this — there must be a warehouse full of these things somewhere by now.
