Anne Rice eBooks Incoming no comments
I just noticed that quite a few of Anne Rice’s
works are going to be released as ebooks this month at both Barnes & Noble and the Kindle Store. The Kindle Store seems to have better prices on some of these titles at the moment, but I wouldn’t be surprised if B&N lowers their prices to match. The UK Kindle Storeis also getting these on the same dates.
So far the new ebooks don’t seem to be available at Kobo, Borders (which is Kobo powered) or the Sony Reader Store.
Anne Rice ebooks to be released this month:
- Interview with the Vampire (4 1/2 stars/607 reviews) $7.59.
- The Vampire Lestat (4 1/2 stars/381 reviews) $7.59.
- The Queen of the Damned (4 1/2 stars/250 reviews) $7.59.
- Memnoch the Devil (3 1/2 stars/488 reviews) $6.39.
- Of Love and Evil (3 1/2 stars/22 reviews) $9.99.
- Cry to Heaven (4 1/2 stars/142 reviews) $6.39.
- Servant of the Bones (3 1/2 stars/164 reviews) $6.39.
- Lasher (3 1/2 stars/126 reviews) $6.39.
- Pandora (4 stars/425 reviews) $6.39.
- The Tale of the Body Thief (4 stars/207 reviews) $7.59.
- Taltos (3 1/2 stars/111 reviews) $6.39.
- The Witching Hour (4 stars/409 reviews) $6.39.
Of Love and Evil will be released on Nov. 30, the rest on the 17th. I’ve done the audio versions of most of these — now I’m going to need to buy the ebooks. As far as I know, there was never an unabridged audiobook of Memnoch the Devil made and I never found time to go and buy the pbook and read it (this was before ereaders). Now I’ll want to reread the whole series.
