This is a rather long video interview of E Ink Holdings vice president of marketing Sriram Peruvemba by Charbax from a few weeks ago.  Besides a demonstration of the flexible e-ink screen, Peruvemba goes on to discuss other applications of e-ink displays. 

One interesting point that Peruvemba makes is that currently shipping e-ink displays refresh pages faster than we normally turn the page of a physical book – it just seems longer because we just hit a button and then wait, rather than actually doing something like using our fingers to turn paper pages.
